Dancing Dragon Games, the creators of Skyborn and Deadly Sin & 2 and Degica have announched that their new RPG called Echoes of Aetheria which is on an epic scale is coming to Steam on the 15th January 2016. – Steam Store

What is Echoes of Aetheria About?

Echoes of Aetheria is a unique saga that begins with a wedding that goes wrong and turns into a tale where you find yourself at the head of a global scale conflict. You must rise from your beginnings and lead your newly formed nation to glory, however there will be plenty in your way trying to stop your every move.

Echoes of Aetheria is a very classic RPG which old-school fans will love, take a look at the below trailer.

During your playthrough you’ll have to make some very tough decisions which affect the fate the entire nations within the game. As you progress you’ll be creating your own nation in which you have a big role in and you’ll be involved in treason, defection and rebellion events.

Battle System

Echoes of Aetheria includes a 15 tile grid battle system that allows for complex and tactical decisions. You’ll have a home base that will play a crucial role in the equipment and story of your heroes. You’ll be able to discover the personalities and traits of your fellow heroes and NPC’s. Also includes in a complex crafting system which allows players to create thousands of unique items. Players will also be able to participate in battle events which will allow players to unlock new gear and experience for coming trials.

We don’t know about you guys but we’re quite excited to get stuck into an old-school RPG, there’s not enough of these around these days and looking at Echoes of Aetheria we think we may have found one.
